1. The Cherry Mobile Festival 2018 Lucky 9 Asian Cruise Raffle Promo is from April 4, 2018 until June 5, 2018.
2. A customer who buys any single Cherry Mobile Smartphone worth Php 2,000 and up is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon.
3. Customer must fill out the raffle coupon with their complete name, address, telephone or mobile no, IMEI and affix signature. After completing, the customer must drop the raffle coupon in the drop box located in the Cherry Mobile Store where the Cherry Mobile product was purchased.
4. Deadline of Submission of entries is at end of business hours of participating Cherry Mobile outlets on June 5, 2018.

7. Only roundtrip airfare from Manila to Malaysia and cruise tickets with accommodation and cruise meals for 5D4N will be shouldered by Cosmic Technologies Inc. Other Travel-related expenses such as food, transportation to and from the Manila airport, passport application, pocket money and other documentations shall be shouldered by the winner.
8. Winners must have a valid passport 6 months prior the travelled date.

• Trip/Cruise is valid only for 6 months from the date of claiming the prize.
9. Customers can only win once. He/She automatically gets the prize of higher value, should his/her name be drawn more than once in a draw.

12. Redemption period of prizes is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of registered notice. Otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of sponsor with DTI approval.
13. When claiming the prize, the winner needs to present the registered notice, the winning raffle stub, OR/Sales Invoice and at least two (2) valid government-issued IDs (eg. LTO, SSS, Passport)
14. In case a winner’s representative will be the one to claim the prize, an authorization letter together with the registered notice, the winning raffle stub, OR/Sales Invoice and two (2) valid government-issued IDs coming from the winner must be presented by the representative along with the two (2) valid government-issued IDs of the representative. The authorization letter must contain the same name reflected on the representative’s valid government-issued IDs.
